System Requirements
For normal operation of Courier Mail Server, the computer that it will be installed to shall meet the following requirements:
Operating system: Microsoft Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003;
Free space on the hard drive (depending on volume of posted mail) is recommended to be not less than 10 MB;
Installed TCP/IP network protocol;
Internet access through the network card, modem or other device if e-mail exchange with Internet is required;
Windows Dial-Up Networking (DUN) client shall be installed, if a modem Internet connection is used.
Computers that will handle with e-mail through CMS shall have network protocol TCP/IP and mail clients using protocols SMTP and POP3 installed (The Bat!, Outlook Express or similar).
